Account Deletion Request
Manage your mobile account data and request removal of your mobile app profile.
Option 1: Instant In-App Deletion (Recommended)
If you currently have the Sacred Heart Church Andheri mobile application installed on your iPhone or Android device, you can instantly delete your account and revoke all authentication tokens directly inside the app:
- Open the Sacred Heart Church Andheri mobile app.
- Tap the Parishioner Portal tab at the bottom navigation bar.
- Scroll down to the Account Settings & Privacy section.
- Tap Delete Account & Data.
- Confirm your choice on the popup modal. Your mobile account session, authentication keys, and device tokens will be permanently deleted immediately.
Option 2: Online Deletion Request
If you have uninstalled the app or no longer have access to your device, you can request account deletion by emailing or contacting the Parish Office:

Please include your registered mobile number and household card number so our administrators can revoke your mobile profile.
What Happens When You Delete Your Account
- Deleted Immediately: All active mobile app access tokens, push notification IDs, cached session credentials, and app preferences.
- Ecclesiastical Records: Canonical sacramental records (Baptism, Marriage registers) and audited accounting receipts remain securely preserved in church archives as mandated by canon law and Indian statutory accounting regulations.
